The Cutter cuts the input shape in half vertically. The left half is outputted across from the input, while the right half is outputted farther away.
The Quad Cutter cuts the input shape into quarters. The outputs, in order from near the input to far, start with the top right quarter and go clockwise.
The orientation of the cut is not affected by the orientation of the cutter. Visually, the cut makes the most sense when the cutter is facing upwards.
Empty layers in the output shapes are removed by the cutter.
