I have a solution!

1. Find CuRuCuSu in the wilds. Cut in half. Rotate left half counter-clockwise and cut again. Discard star piece, rotate circle piece CCW, and stack with the right half of original shape. Paint purple.

2. Find SuSuSuSu in the wilds. Paint white.

3. Stack SwSwSwSw on top of CpRpCp--.

4. Deliver to the Hub.
