The Item Producer is a sandbox-exclusive building that turns a signal from the wires layer into the same signal on the main layer. It can produce shapes (even impossible ones), all colors (including gray), and even booleans (0 and 1). The Item Producer (and the Goal Acceptor in the Puzzle DLC) is the only building not available in the main game.
